Refunds

Refunds must be reviewed manually. If a refund is approved, the administrator can mark the order as Refunded after checking PayPal records.

Payment is not considered confirmed until the administrator verifies that PayPal has received the funds.

Not currently supported: automated PayPal refund processing.
